Ember Kitchen was born from a simple conviction — that cooking over fire transforms ingredients into something honest and extraordinary. Head chef Isabelle Voss spent a decade in Lyon before opening our doors in Shoreditch in 2018.
Every dish on our menu changes with the seasons. We work directly with farmers, fishermen, and growers within 80 miles of London. Nothing frozen. Nothing wasted.
